Coolkidz's mission is to exceed our customers expectations both in service and product. In the unlikely event that the wrong product has been sent (ie we have made the error), or if the product is defective, please notify Coolkidz customer service at email@example.com. Our support team will respond within 1-2 working days with a return authority. Once the goods have been returned to the address below, replacement good(s) will be sent immediately, together with a cheque for the cost of sending the goods back to Coolkidz. Please do not return good(s) to Coolkidz without a return authority.
